Well the answer is affiliations and link traffic, If you sign up for a decent affiliate program you can rake in quite a bit of dollars to help adsense and???? affiliate your own site!

Here is a free five step guide from a professional:

1. Use Linkbait! (great titles = Great traffic)
2. Get friends and co-workers to link to you (offer monetary incentive if necesary)
3. Buy Links
4. Use Adsense
5. Heavily SEO your site (natural listings are far better)

If you follow these basic steps it is pretty hard to miss that first or second page for your keywords!

This article is about web design and web marketing! If someone goes to your site they will be more likely to stay if it is an attractive site.

An attractive site encompasses several things: Sharp graphics, Clean design, Easy to use menu or user interface.

Above those three options the most imprtant one is the user interface.

You should always stick to the 30-second rule, in the first 15 seconds on your site a visitor will leave if they don’t unerstand what it is about; the next fifteen seconds come into play after they understand your site. A visitor is likely to leave in the next 15 seconds if he or she cannot get to where they want to go easiliy in under 2-clicks.

A sites graphics are important but the menu is more important. You will also need to explain yourself well in a paragraph or in your graphics so your visitors can undrstand you.

Make it personal if you have a blog because other bloggers love to read personal stuff. They are invasive and love opinions and ideas rather than definates and prven facts!

If you have a static site, spice it up with a forum or message borad people love it!

Blogs are a very powerful tool and if harnessed correctly can be used to push a particular agenda! If you want to help someone out or even hurt them it can be done with a blog! To push an agenda correctly you need an army of sites that are willing to push your content for you and link back to you! If you have a decent amount of sites: 50-100 it is pretty easy to get your opinion out there!

You will see in the upcoming election how much blog/bloggers will be used to push the voice of any particular cantidate! If you give me simple topic I can pretty much gaurantee it would be in google within 24-hours due to the power of the blog and its basic structure!

????Can you convert your trashy traffic into quality users! It takes time and alot of content, if your users see a well built site with alot of content they will return. Having people comeback is great but only if you can convince them to click on your ads and such.

Another way to utilize traffic is to sell spots on your site to people who dont have traffic! I sell impressions based ads rather than conversion clicks, I feel you will know better if your users like you when you see a conversion rather then only seeing incoming links and traffic!

By the way of traffic I would say atleast 40% of it comes from news based sites like digg and reddit and converting these users can be tough but when you get that one person to sign up and use your blog it becomes a mudslide of users in time!

There are a lot of ways to cash in on web traffic and imparticularly blogs, my favorite being affiliate programs! Linkshare offers a free program where all you ahve to do is sign up and paste code into your website to start earning money!

Be careful if your blog is just starting out and you dont have alot of quality content users wont care! If you dont have a wide audience try to broaden it before you start to try to convert some money! Here is a 5 step process to follow!

1. Start your blog, if its not busy dont show your traffic!
2. Get alot of quality content that has personal meaning bloggers love personal!
3. Have people sign up and contribute, offer freebies like a proxy as I do!
4. Start with adsense, and move to affiliate links!
5. Re-invest into advertising your blog!

It is pretty simple but one thing having a good blog requires is alot of time, and as you all know time=money
